We do not sell Personal Information. We share data only as described below:
Your selected accountant or bookkeeper may access financial data as authorized by you.
We share limited information with trusted partners such as:
• Intuit Inc. (QuickBooks Online®)
• Fluent Financials LLC (tax advisory)
• FRIDAY Inc. (payroll)
• Payment processors, hosting, and analytics providers
We may disclose data to comply with law or protect rights and safety.
Data may be transferred to a successor in case of merger or acquisition.
We use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect information, including:
• Encryption in transit and at rest
• Multi-factor authentication
• Role-based access controls

We may post (or re-post) on the Platform and our Social Media pages any comments or content that you post on our Social Media pages. Your use of Social Media is governed by the privacy policies and terms of the third parties that own and operate those websites and not by this Policy. We encourage you to review those policies and terms before using any Social Media features provided through our Site or third-party websites. We also use advertising networks and services offered by Social Media companies for marketing and advertising purposes.
Our Services are for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. Any inadvertent data will be deleted promptly upon discovery.

"Agreement"
means the online Totally Accounting Subscription Agreement executed or accepted by you (electronically or otherwise), together with any referenced Order Forms, Change Orders, or incorporated policies, which collectively govern your use of the Services.

means any information that identifies, relates to, describes, or could reasonably be associated with a particular individual or household, including but not limited to name, contact details, account credentials, financial or payment data, tax identification numbers, and information relating to accounting, payroll, or business operations when such data can reasonably be linked to an individual.
